We process your order and make sure it reaches you in line with our delivery terms.
Abholung
Our premises are open from Tuesday to Saturday. You can collect your items on those days between 09:00 and 18:00, once you have received your collection confirmation.

Lieferbedingungen
Goods are delivered to all postal addresses in Switzerland. For deliveries to addresses outside Switzerland, the seller will contact the customer to advise the delivery costs; any additional taxes and duties are borne by the customer.
The customer is obliged to accept and pay for the goods. Delivery within Switzerland usually takes place on the next working day. In the event of supply shortages, the customer will be informed and then has the right to withdraw from the contract in writing within 10 days.
Deadlines will be postponed appropriately if obstacles arise beyond the seller’s control (significant operational disruptions, late or faulty supplies, etc.).
