My tip: After rinsing, let it dry on its rubber feet and regularly massage in a little larch oil – that way the surface stays sealed, smooth and especially long-lasting.

This cutting board is made from 100% Swiss oak – air-dried for 15 to 20 months and worked by hand. The end-grain gluing ensures high durability and optimal knife protection. The fibres absorb cuts without slowing the blade – the surface stays well-kept, even under intensive use.
At 40 mm thick, the board sits stable and steady on any work surface. Made in Switzerland, from regional wood, for the highest everyday demands.

Care instructions
