My tip: After rinsing, let it dry on its rubber feet and regularly massage in a little larch oil – this keeps the surface dense, smooth and especially long-lasting.
Product description
This cutting board is made from 100 % Swiss oak – air-dried for 15 to 20 months and worked by hand. The end-grain gluing ensures high durability and optimal knife protection. The fibres take cuts without slowing the blade – the surface stays well-kept, even with intensive use.
At 40 mm thick, the board sits stable and steady on any worktop. Made in Switzerland, from regional wood, for the highest demands in everyday use.

Care instructions
• Wipe with a damp cloth or clean under running water
