Chilli mill in Swiss wood, hand-turned in a Swiss wood-turning workshop. Available in two types of wood: walnut and cherry. Simple cylindrical shape, 120 mm tall, with a grinder from France designed for dried chilli.

My tip: Grind dried chillies fresh over the plate. That keeps the aroma livelier than ready-made chilli powder, and you decide the heat yourself.
Origin & Craft
This chilli mill is made by hand in Switzerland. The wood comes from Swiss stock, and the mill is turned by hand in a Swiss wood-turning workshop. The grinder comes from France and is made specially for dried chilli.
Material
The mill comes in two types of wood. Walnut is dark and boldly marked, with warm brown tones. Cherry is reddish-warm and refined. Every mill is a one-off, and the grain turns out differently on each piece. The surface is waxed, which protects the wood and emphasises its natural structure.
Grinder
The grinder from France is designed for dried chilli pods. It breaks them down evenly and gives you control over the heat, from fine powder to coarser flakes. That way you season right at the table, exactly to taste.
Size & Shape
Simple cylindrical shape, 120 mm tall. A size that sits well in the hand and fits on any table.
Care
Keep dry and do not wash out. Wipe with a dry or slightly damp cloth when needed. Occasionally treat the waxed wood with a little care wax, so the surface stays beautiful.
